My mom is a very skilled knitter, her talent far surpasses anything I could manage to create. She has an eye for designs and colors, and a real knack for choosing just the right fiber for the project. She knits hundreds of stitches across tiny needles to produce elegant shawls and delicate doilies.
And she makes some beautiful baby blankets.
Each one of my children is blessed to have a handmade blanket from their grandma to treasure forever. My mom just gifted us with Isabelle's special blanket, so I thought I'd take a moment to share her hard work that we appreciate so much.

WOW - your mom does AMAZING work! Absolutely gorgeous. I'm truly in awe. I hope someday to be this skilled of a knitter, but I know it will take much, much more practice. I'm sure your kids will treasure these blankets for many years and will be blessed to wrap their own wee ones in them as well. WOW. *happy sigh* Thank you for sharing these!
